4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

5. SHIPPING POLICY (EU ONLY AND UK)

5.1 Territorial Scope

monarchsttore ships exclusively to Member States of the European Union and to the United Kingdom. Deliveries to P.O. boxes will not be made unless permitted by the selected carrier, nor to areas requiring special customs procedures not previously specified, unless expressly accepted by us.

5.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times indicated on the website are provided as approximate estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.

Liability:
We shall not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to transport strikes, third-party logistical incidents, adverse weather conditions, or delays caused by customs inspection processes.

Maximum Delivery Period:
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, if the order is not delivered within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation (unless a longer period has been expressly agreed), the customer shall have the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.

5.3 Customs Duties, Tariffs and Taxes (United Kingdom and non-EU territories)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom or to territories outside the European Union VAT area:

The customer shall be responsible for complying with the legal obligations applicable in the destination country in their capacity as the importer.
The order may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, taxes or other local charges imposed by the competent authorities of the destination country.
Such additional costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be borne entirely by the customer.

Customers are advised to contact their local customs office prior to placing an order in order to obtain an estimate of any potential additional charges.

5.4 Transfer of Risk and Ownership

In accordance with applicable legislation, the risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Where the customer has chosen a carrier other than those proposed by monarchsttore, the risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the selected carrier.

5.5 Delivery Incidents

Customers are advised to inspect the condition of the package upon receipt. If visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering are detected, the customer should record this on the carrier’s delivery note and notify our customer service department as soon as possible, providing relevant information and evidence of the detected damage.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
According to EU Consumer Law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund: We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may be exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken after delivery.

7. LEGAL WARRANTY
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, all products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, lack of care, or normal wear and tear.
